Preparing for your Service.

To get the best out of our Visit Caravans and Motorhomes should be as empty as possible.
​
To do the best damp inspection we can for you, we will need full access to the perimeter of the vehicle where the walls meet the ceiling and the areas where the walls meet the floor. We also need clear access around any lockers and windows. Areas with high amounts of personal belongings in will be checked as best as we can, but no allowance of time is made to unload or move customers personal effects.

Where possible all locks and security devices should be removed prior to attendance. These will be refitted on completion of service.
​
To safely service a caravan chassis we need a meter of space all round the outside of the caravan or as close to as possible. The caravan should not be parked on a public road and we need to be able to park our works van as close as possible to run Service equipment as needed.
​
